Refunds & Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Custom builds and special-order parts are non-refundable.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at return@torqueranchmotors.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.
