By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service & Pricing
   Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition, additional labor, and parts availability.

2. Warranty
   Warranty applies only to parts supplied and installed by German Truck Works LLC d/b/a Torque Ranch Motors, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Manufacturer warranties may be affected by custom modifications.

3. Liability
   We are not responsible for issues resulting from third-party modifications, improper use, or failure to maintain the vehicle.

4. Cancellations
   Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

5. Right to Refuse Service
   We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
